This policy explains how users can request deletion of their data, as required by Meta.
1. How to Request Data Deletion
Users may request deletion by contacting: admin@deepnolia.io
Users may also revoke access directly from their Facebook or Instagram account settings.
2. Data That Will Be Deleted
Upon request, we delete:
- Access tokens
- Page and Instagram account IDs
- All synchronized messages
- Configuration data linked to the integration
- Audit logs containing identifiable data
3. Deletion Time Frame
All data will be deleted within 7 business days from the moment the request is received.
4. Data We Do Not Store
We do not store passwords or sensitive personal information beyond what is required by Meta's APIs.
